Who we are, our identity, informs the leadership we offer. Christian schools are committed to schooling that is distinctively Christian. Christian school leaders have responsibilities that include the fostering of practice that is consistent with the beliefs, the mission and vision , of their school communities.
This book is an exploration of Christian leadership. It should be read, not only by people entering leadership of Christian Schools, but also by those already in the role who seek to reflect on the efficacy of their leadership.
